I'm not proud to say this isn't my first time in bankruptcy, but it is the absolute first time receiving top notch service. I couldn't ask for better service than I received from Jean. The entire Fairfax team did an amazing job. Jean provided me with the information and help I needed to complete the task, regardless of how many times I called asking the same questions. Everything was all good until after the filing, no response from case worker, no call returned, but before the filing they answered every call and was very prompt on emailing back.
