Dan really impressed me by doing the little things. He took the time to find out what my expectations were as well educate me about what were realistic expectations. He understood the monetary ramifications regarding my case and he was very judicious with his billing which allowed us to work quickly and aggressively. We were in constant communication, and kept me up to date with the case. He also did a great job of giving me multiple options to proceed as the case evolved. Which told me Dan was really invested in my situation plus he was protecting the goals we determined when we first met.
