Don't know where to start with Mr. Parker. A lot of professionalism and a little bit of comic relief. All jokes aside, the man did exactly what he said he would. I was on my last thread of hope, moments before giving Mr. Parker a call. I was a young kid, college grad, who finally started making a living in this world. Just when I thought I was doing well, a debt collector came by to try to "knock" down my parade. Brian is excellent at what he does!! Not only was he friendly, helpful and professional but he treated us with respect. He understands whatever you are going through and he is there to help YOU. My husband was being sued by two different collectors. Well, Brian got one completely dismissed and the other one we are paying about a tenth of what they said he owed.
