I found Brian Parker back in October 2019 on Google search after getting served by a court process server from an unknown junk debt collector. Needless to say I was stressed as who expects this to happen to them. When I say that finding Mr. Parker was the absolute best thing I could’ve done: IT WAS THE ABSOLUTE BEST THING I COULD’VE DONE! He worked his magic like a charm and fought the case to the end that the other party was scrambling in its case against me. After Brian got through with them, they were ready to surrender. Ultimately, not only did I NOT have to pay them a dime, Brian Parker also made them remove the account from my credit report as a condition of dismissal. Top notch and a true collection stopper indeed. Brian Parker is the man on the scene if you’re facing collection debt. I HIGHLY recommend to all and will keep him in my back pocket. Lol

Fantastic! Brian was always available to help, answer questions, and was truthful during the whole process. It is amazing what him and his team did for myself, my father, and my family. He lifted such a great burden off our shoulders. We did not feel helpless anymore! Brian is super knowledgeable about the student loan lawsuits. I tend to think most Lawyers are lazy - cherry picking their cases for high success rate and maximum profit. This proved to be true in my own experiences, until I met Brian Parker. Prior to meeting Brian, I was saddled with over 60K (yes, 60 thousand) in credit card debt. I visited three supposed experts in the SE Michigan debt defense arena, prior to meeting Brian. The first three attorneys reviewed my case and all three decided against representing me. Brian was the fourth Attorney I visited, and he was all in (to defend me) from the moment we first started discussing my case. Suffice it to say, Brian Parker was able to extinguish all of my debt - through litigation and also because the Debt Collector missed dates for filing subsequent cases, as Brian was so intense in my Defense. Basically, the Debt Collection company suing me, had no idea what just hit them. To top it off, when my debt was completely gone, Brian sued the Debt collector on my behalf - and the case was settled out of court.

We were in a tough situation and Brian couldn't have impressed us more with the outcome. We will highly recommend him to family and friends

Spoke to Brian on the phone when dealing with an early lease termination. Brian was succinct, and provided immediate instruction. He told me that if the dealership and Chrysler Capital didn't work out their miscommunication, that we could take action after certified letters were sent.

Mr. Parker was wonderful. He to this day even after everything was done will always call right back or email if anything new arises. He went above and beyond. He kept me up to speed as everything was taking place and got me money I did not even know I was entitled too! I would highly recommend him.
