Recently, my daughter had a minor auto accident. She identified herself to the other individual involved; however, she panicked and left the scene of the accident prior to the arrival of the police. Due to this, she was charged with a misdemeanor for leaving the scene along with a standard traffic ticket. I thought the charge for the misdemeanor was not accurate/fair (as to intent) because my daughter had given her name to the other driver involved. This prompted me to hire Attorney Haff in order to get a proper review of this incident by the court. Well, we went to the court and Attorney Haff met with the prosecutor and explained what happened and he dropped the charges down to a simple civil infraction which we agreed was a just decision. Thank you Attorney Haff for your efforts in this case.

I'm not sure of the other people's experiences. Mine was quite the opposite to most of these negative reviews. Teresa was upfront and honest throughout the entire process of the case. Best part is, she doesn't talk to you like a "business person" - she talks to you like a human being; a quality that I appreciate more than almost anything else. As for results - Teresa's been in the game for 25+ years and knows her way around Kent County courtrooms and all manners of laws. Where the charge I could have been landed with could have been much more dire than what I had even expected given the grounds that it was on; Even though I hired her at the last-minute, Teresa compiled the best information she could on the case, and by far got me the best and most expedient outcome I could have imagined, dropping the charge down to nothing more than a couple hundred dollar civil infraction when it could have been much more than that. As I told her, I don't plan on getting into any more trouble - but she's on speed-dial, she will be the first person I will recommend to anybody looking for a lawyer, and I will leave this review in hopes that someone else will read it and have the same great experience that I did. Thanks a ton Teresa!
