We had our estate plan and trust written 9 years ago by someone who is now retired. Our assets have become much more complicated since that time and we felt we needed a "checkup". Additionally, we wanted to make a change to our Trustees in the event something happened to both of us. We expected to be told we needed an entire new trust written at an extremely high cost. Alex gave us great advice to get us started and told us how to approach the changes with as little cost to us as possible. We are still working on everything, but it is refreshing to have found someone who is so honest and focused on helping us at a fair price. I ran into a little bit of trouble late 2020 and needed an attorney to represent me in the matter.
