I went to Jen Wiess in pure desperation for guidance for my daughter who had never been in any trouble with the law. There were times with this husband and wife team that we felt they were great and on our side, then they would turn around and be rude and unavailable, non-apologetic with appointment times at court, confusion from what we were told by one, then other would be total opposite. The end results were okay, but I think court appointed attorney would've gotten same results. We had a question after, which Jennifer said to contact them with any questions, but not even the secretary would bother to return our calls or emails. Shows what they're really about!
