I would never use this firm, the lawyer I dealt with was as responsible as a toddler, he often ignored my emails and the last time I talked with him he assured me he would call me back within a day or two and I never heard from him at all so I went with a different firm, wish I hadn't wasted so much time and effort on this firm.

I would NEVER recommend Mr. Charles Good to anyone seeking legal services. During our attempt to engage him to represent my elderly father, a nursing home resident, he engaged in unethical practices including attempting to represent two people's interests, not simply my father's; greatly expand the scope of the representation into areas my father specifically did NOT want his representation, attempted to engage my father in a sweetheart deal regarding dad's Attorney-in-Fact and a third party subcontractor, billed my father for services which are activities engaged in in the normal operation of a business, and gave false and misleading information regarding the rights and duties of an Attorney-in-Fact. The Pemberton Law firm is a highly respected firm in Fergus Falls. Many of the senior partners are known to me and I consider them to be knowledgeable and honest professionals. Mr. Good's incompletence and questionale integrity will damamge the hard-earned reputation of their law firm, if not cost them money eventually.
