Steve Helseth guided us through the process of completing a comprehensive estate plan (will, health care directive, power of attorney, and trust) that meets our needs and is flexible enough to handle future changes in our family (i.e., grandchildren). In working through the process, Steve asked thoughtful questions and explained the options in a way that was easy for us to understand. At our signing, he explained the documents to our children, which was extremely helpful for them as well. He is thorough and responsive. I can’t say enough good things about Steve. Well if you need a very good criminal defense attorney ask for Eric Bain. I have a pretty firm belief that our court system is in need of many improvements and is broken.
