I had a very difficult situation where I inherited a house whos previous owner had a tenant who was a hoarder. I walked into an undescribable mess and with covid I knew the eviction would be beyond difficult but I needed him out due to health concerns and properly destruction. Also dealing with the loss and grief of a loved one I reached out to Mr Baland who immediately set me at ease with his knowledge of the laws and what was needed for certain extreme circumstances like mine. He drafted letters and was in constant communication with me. Made the changes if I needed them and made numerous phone calls to the tenant to try and convince him" gently " It was time to move on. Mr. Baland was very professional and I would recommend his services to anyone looking to protect their investment against people who are destructive. All in all it was a relief to have it all be over so now I can start fresh. Thanks
