I've been working with Will Forbes, Business Attorney, at Bold Hoffer Boyd for more than a year. I've worked with Will on both basic business-preparation legal matters, as well as a particularly difficult legal situation. This firm is accessible, responsive, and they listen and give great advice. Their fees are very reasonable, and it feels great to have a good attorney "in my back pocket" - even though I am always hoping that I won't need to call! :)

Well if you need a very good criminal defense attorney ask for Eric Bain. I have a pretty firm belief that our court system is in need of many improvements and is broken. I had no problem expressing my opinion of this to Eric. Eric smiled and said without hesitation "I am very good at what I do" you understand i am on yoir side?? Dont you just love people that are good at thier jobs! Eric will explain every step in the process and fight for you. Eric will see the person not just the crime.I Bravo to Eric and his staff. You want them on your side! Worth the price.

I called Eric (who was recommended to me by a family member) in a state of panic. I thought I was going to be in major trouble and there wasn't much even an attorney could do about it. He immediately came up with possible solutions that he believed could get me out of my jam. Eric was calming and put me at ease and immediately came up with a game plan. I was still doubtful an attorney could improve my situation. I was wrong. Eric was able to work with the state in such a way that they decided to drop the charges entirely. Before going to court, Eric recommended a couple of easy things I could do to improve my situation in preparation. After the state decided to drop my charges, they indicated that the few things I did in preparation for court, that Eric recommended I do, were the reason why they decided to drop my charges. He was able to keep my record completely clear and I honestly think if I had hired a different attorney that would not be the case.
