My Family hired Nicole for a rare case of DUI, there was not a lot of chances to win the case, although the slim possibility, Nicole had firm arguments and skills to get us a deal that is rare to see (stay of adjudication). I would highly recommend Nicole for any Legal defense.

Last spring I went through the most difficult, shameful point of my life. My drinking was out of control and I started becoming violent with my wife in front of our young son. He mentioned this at his school, which led to Child Protective Services opening a case on our family. The CPS investigator told my wife if she didn’t take out an Order for Protection against me that they would put our son in protective custody. I was served by our local police department several days later. I had never been more ashamed of myself and frightened for what came next. I was so overwhelmed with everything I didn’t know I needed an attorney. It wasn’t until the judge encouraged me to hire one at my first hearing that I started my search. I found Avvo and started calling different firms, but no one really jumped out until I talked to Nicole. From the jump Nicole was beyond professional. Our initial call led to an in-office consultation which led to me hiring her. I had never dreamed I would need a criminal defense attorney. What I found in Nicole was an attorney with incredible depth of expertise combined with amazing compassion and understanding. I was so worried about being judged for my behavior...after all I was an alcoholic wife-beater about to be removed from his family for up to two years. Nicole didn’t judge me a bit, and even offered personal encouragement to start making the drastic changes i knew I needed in my life. Nicole’s expertise helped me avoid a potential loss of my personal liberty while also meeting the safety needs of my wife (my wife and I were both motivated to heal our marriage). She was always available o answer questions or offer counsel. She was one of the few calm spots I had in my life while I started straightening things out with my behavior and my chemical dependency. I don’t think anyone is ever happy to be looking for a criminal defense attorney. You don’t ever call one because things are going really well. When the stuff hits the fan, though, it’s a different story. I was glad I called Nicole, and I guarantee you will be glad you called her, too.

I was pulled over and accused of passing a school bus while the red lights were flashing. I never saw the red lights I did not understand what the officer was talking about. I was charged with a gross misdemeanor threatened to be arrested and asked to come to court.
