Deceitful: I provided Sharon Hill facts about premarital assets I owned and she did not include them in her findings of fact. She knew about well over $100,000 in premarital assets the husband had, and she did not include it in her divorce paperwork. And I have an email to prove it, In the divorce paperwork she would list her clients income as a monthly amount while she listed her husbands income as an annual amount so it looked like a huge discrepancy. Personally I do not believe she cares about the family. She kept charging my wife more and more and then wanted me to pay half of her charges. She also did not notify me about an upcoming court date. In my opinion, it was deceitful.

Unfortunately we are in a lien suit currently trying to collect payment for our subcontractors and ourselves from a difficult client. Bob Bauer & Matt Schaap have been very diligent in the handling of these matters. Bob Bauer has help my family, my company and my self for over 14 yrs. He has helped us with the drafting our corporate document and our wills, along with other services. I have referred Bob in the past to several people. I have been in real estate sales since 1991. And we have been building high quality custom homes since 1998. Many realtors, builders and subcontractors have ask me for my professional opinions in the past, regarding a large range of issues. However when these conversations lean towards the legal side of the business, I have continually referred this law firm in the past. This place is a joke I would highly recommend staying away from them I used them twice one for a personal injury I had my leg ran over they were able to settle for 90k not too bad after the fees and doctors bills I was left with just under 50k I had reserved the right to my uim claim which is another 50k this is for if I need to get my hard ware removed Well it's causing me problems and I need to get it removed it's a 16k surgery I talked to my attorney and he said the insurance will cover it after everything well I can't get surgery because you have to pay up front my attorney never told me how the uim worked before I settled he said it will be 50k set aside if you need any other surgerys The second time I used them was for my wife's custody case there was allegations made against us that we were abusing the child so the child was placed with his dad temporarily well everything that he was alleging came back un substanceited and it turns out he person who made the allegations lied but this joke of an attorney still can't get out son back and is suggesting we move 2 hours towards the city if we want him back
