From the moment I hired Sharon as my divorce attorney, I felt confident I was in great hands. As a stay-home mom with two young children, Sharon not only guided me through the mediation and divorce process, but gave helpful feedback and direction as I started my new life chapter. She consistently looked after my best interests, continually put my fears at ease and was an honest, steady force for me throughout the entire process. Having Sharon on my side gave me the professional experience and leadership I needed.

Deceitful: I provided Sharon Hill facts about premarital assets I owned and she did not include them in her findings of fact. She knew about well over $100,000 in premarital assets the husband had, and she did not include it in her divorce paperwork. And I have an email to prove it, In the divorce paperwork she would list her clients income as a monthly amount while she listed her husbands income as an annual amount so it looked like a huge discrepancy. Personally I do not believe she cares about the family. She kept charging my wife more and more and then wanted me to pay half of her charges. She also did not notify me about an upcoming court date. In my opinion, it was deceitful.

When I first met Sharon I was in a bad spot, she was re-assuring and professional, yet empathetic while keeping the focus where it needed to be. I had a very difficult divorce with lots of factors involved, and she took the time to understand it all and consult with other professionals in her office to benefit me. She thought of things I never would've, and eased my mind every step of the way. While I am extremely happy my divorce is over, I will miss Sharon!! She is amazing in every aspect start to finish and will fight for you, knows her stuff, and worked with opposing attorney on some very touchy stuff beautifully. I would recommend her to anyone who asked in a heartbeat. Best money you will ever spend!

Unfortunately we are in a lien suit currently trying to collect payment for our subcontractors and ourselves from a difficult client. Bob Bauer & Matt Schaap have been very diligent in the handling of these matters. Bob Bauer has help my family, my company and my self for over 14 yrs. He has helped us with the drafting our corporate document and our wills, along with other services. I have referred Bob in the past to several people. I have been in real estate sales since 1991. And we have been building high quality custom homes since 1998. Many realtors, builders and subcontractors have ask me for my professional opinions in the past, regarding a large range of issues. However when these conversations lean towards the legal side of the business, I have continually referred this law firm in the past. Sharon did a great job of explaining the process and made sure everyone stayed on track, including opposing counsel. She provided a comfortable environment to discuss sensitive issues and her advice was top notch. I would highly recommend Sharon!

This place is a joke I would highly recommend staying away from them I used them twice one for a personal injury I had my leg ran over they were able to settle for 90k not too bad after the fees and doctors bills I was left with just under 50k I had reserved the right to my uim claim which is another 50k this is for if I need to get my hard ware removed Well it's causing me problems and I need to get it removed it's a 16k surgery I talked to my attorney and he said the insurance will cover it after everything well I can't get surgery because you have to pay up front my attorney never told me how the uim worked before I settled he said it will be 50k set aside if you need any other surgerys The second time I used them was for my wife's custody case there was allegations made against us that we were abusing the child so the child was placed with his dad temporarily well everything that he was alleging came back un substanceited and it turns out he person who made the allegations lied but this joke of an attorney still can't get out son back and is suggesting we move 2 hours towards the city if we want him back

I engaged attorney Matthew Schaap, of Dougherty Molenda to handle both a business & personal civil matter for myself as plaintiff. We followed the matter through to a successful conclusion, with full recovery. Matt was great to work with, through his pleasant personality, his thorough understanding of the law, and his excellent negotiation skills in bringing the matter to conclusion. Matt was highly proactive in keeping me informed timely, always presented me options, and I always had access to him. I really count my lucky stars I was referred to Sharon. Thanks to her I was able to keep my kids and our home. It was a really stressful situation that she made disappear. Her attention to detail, expansive experience and knowledge of the law, and solid argument in court was impressive to watch. My ex's attorney was no match and made me realize just how good Sharon is. We unfortunately gave Sharon very little time to prepare the prenuptial agreement but she worked closely with my spouse's attorney and got things done before the wedding. Although not an overly complex agreement there were significant assets (including real estate property) and liabilities that had to be identified and properly described. Sharon's calm guidance was invaluable. I felt comfortable with the results but even more importantly, my spouse also felt that the final document treated him fairly. I think that is the ultimate measure of a successful agreement.

Sharon gave me great legal advice in a very hard and complicated case. She was great at explaining each of the options and paths that would be best for me . I have known Sharon for many years and have recommended her to many people and will continue to do so.
