I had Lily work on my case she was great! Updates as often as I wanted and her team was so thorough it was incredible they kept me in my toes so that I had the results that I desired They made sure the medical attention I was receiving was thorough and the therapy was enough to get me gat back to “normal” as possible. I’m still not there however because they worked with me and basics held my hand through this process I was able to get a settlement I was pleased with. My accident caused irreparable harm to my family and the office worked closely with high my husband and myself to make sure that we were able to get individual settlements and that they were not able to be claimed by the other. I was in a car accident November of 2022. 1-800-ask-Gary referred me to Aaron Ferguson. A guy came out to my home and helped me fill out paperwork. I wish I could remember his name because he was great! He was patient and explained t things in a way I could understand. However, when I was assigned my lawyer Michael Kemp things started to go downhill. Getting in touch with this guy was a headache. I’ve never even spoken to this man on the phone and I had to reach out just to get some kind of update on what’s going on with my case. The last I heard from him was May 1, 2023 after I had to ask for an update on my case. I sent him another email July 14, 2023 asking for another update and I never heard from him again. I tried calling the office a few days later and I spoke to a new assistant who said she would have him call me back but never did! Here we are February 11th 2024 and I have yet to hear from them! I would have appreciated someone taking the time to explain to me what to expect and an update periodically to help ease my anxiety and stress about my case. This was my first time ever being in a car accident and my first time ever getting a lawyer and my experience was horrible! I don’t even know the status of my case anymore. With the lack of communication and consideration, I assume they closed my case but who knows at this point.
