I had a car accident a couple years ago. I didn’t think I would be getting any kind of a settlement beyond what the insurance company already paid out. But Lily was AMAZING! She was knowledgeable, communicative and was so easy to work with. She ended up negotiating an offer that was much higher than even she expected. 5 stars aren’t enough for the service they provided me. Profoundly grateful.
