I have dealt with the MN Homeline over the last 20 years on certain occasions....They get back to you usually in less than 24 hours and spend as much time on the phone with you as you need. Most of the people that work or volunteer their time are very knowledgeable. If they can't answer your question, they'll get a colleague involved or refer you elsewhere. They have been a huge help the last 6 months to us and they're one of the only advocates for tenant rights in Minnesota.

I am so impressed with this organization. I called Home Line at a friend's recommendation after running into some serious issues with my landlord a few days ago. I left a message with my information and Matt called me back within a couple of hours. He was extremely kind, thorough, and encouraging and I got off the phone feeling confident about how to handle things with my landlord. Our conversation far surpassed my expectations and I would highly recommend that any struggling tenants in Minnesota give Home Line a call. Thanks again, Matt!

Call if you need tenant rights advice on how to deal with resolving issues that management of apartments will not address.
Such as how to deal with tenants who pound on your door for doing what you are instructed by landlords, and they pound on your door for them being lease violators.
