I cannot say enough positive things about Debbie Lang and Halberg Criminal Defense! Debbie represented me in two separate criminal cases. I was so impressed with her work in my first criminal case that I did not think twice when I needed legal representation again. Debbie is reliable, organized, extremely knowledgeable, honest and an amazing client advocate! She regularly shared updates, promptly returned phone calls and emails, and always took the time to thoroughly answer all my questions. Debbie and the entire Halberg team are very professional, patient, and caring. I was always treated with respect. Their dedication and commitment to a successful outcome reassured me during a very difficult time in my life. They were also very clear about fees associated with the work they provided. And I can say it was worth every penny! The outcome of my case was better than I could have ever expected and I am forever grateful to Debbie Lang and everyone at Halberg Criminal Defense!!

Beware of this law firm billing rate!!!! The free initial consultation was represented well with the most experienced attorney but after retainers is retained, you are working with Attoney with few years experience only. When ask for summary of billing charged, they charge 30min for each text message, email, and phone calls. Even charge for the Initial consultation for both attorneys time. I Requested for summary of phone call conversation and email note summary, they can’t provide it! For the little three Weeks of service, nothing was done on my case beside few phone calls, couple emails and text message cost over $5000! Do your research before hire someone! They claim to be the top attorney according to their firm but it only about money! They are NOT there to help you!

Decent enough man Swears alot

We consulted Justin and he was on call for his law firm at 8 pm. We called his law firm again and he again answered in the morning. You would want such an attorney to defend you. Someone who doesn't sleep until your rights are represented and fully exercised. We recommend him unreservedly and he know what he's talking about from the first conversation we had with him.

Mr. Duffy was a great lawyer to work with. He was very professional and able to explain the whole process so I was able to understand what was going on every step of the way. The best part of all, is that his experience and skill resulted in a resolution that leads to the charge being completely dismissed, thus maintaining my clean record! Justin is a smart attorney that comes very prepared for your case. He is well researched on the laws pertaining to the specifics at hand. I have great confidence in his abilities to navigate the legal system to my advantage. He is a great listener which is important in picking up the little nuances of the details. I highly recommend him in the area of criminal defense including but not limited to dwi, dui and expungements. You know you have someone who is advocating for you and that is HUGE in my book!
