I am very surprised that there are almost 5 stars. I don't know if maybe I just didn't have good luck, but I am totally disappointed and frustrated. I came here to this agency because I was guided by the comments and the stars. But it really was a martyrdom. My contract was to become a citizen and for my husband to receive his green card. My case was assigned to the lawyer Kamyar and his assistant, Miss Maria. Unfortunately, I had to be behind them so that the case could move forward. If I didn't go to visit them, my case would go unnoticed. More than anything, my lawyer never showed up on the day of my interview. For my husband's process, his papers were lost and we had to pay. Our lawyer had a terrible attitude, he even yelled at me on the phone while I was pregnant. That's not all. They offered to help me with the process for my father, so that he could obtain his residency. The case has taken a long time because he forgot to send a document certifying that he was my father.

Let me start from positive comment. martin law was a good law firm, me and my family used this law firm couple times few years back and the outcome were successful. My issue with this law firm is that on April 25, 2024. we had an appointment and we went the office. The reason for our appointment was my mother uscis case approved and now the case is at national visa center then my mother want Martin law firm fill for her the application at national visa center stage. Then what is funny is to fill two people case, the lawyer said $6000 then my mother offers them $5000 one of the lawyers we talked refused my mother offer. my quotation is that martin law firm was good place with fair price on previous cases, so what happen now why expensive, i am curious if someone respond. I am no longer use this office but still respect for the previous help few years back, I wish if this office is respect their customers and give them fair price, today I wash shocked.
