This experience was interesting to say the least. Online they claim to offer free consultation. Didn’t know that was the case when I called, but that’s what was told to me when I called to see if I could schedule time to get legal advice. I was surprised and I informed the team exactly what I needed help with and was told no problem. Cut to my meeting time, I again go through what I need and was quickly told by the lawyer that they couldn’t / wouldn’t do that for free. I said no problem, I am happy to pay for consultation. I was then told it was an all in cost. She would not consider consulting for this particular issue and that for her help I would need to pay an all in cost (including retainer). All in all it was a waste of time and was quickly made clear to me that they were in it for money only. I 100% think people should get paid for their work, but wild that I can’t even pay for them to answer 2 questions without have to pay for a full retainer.

Went in for a consultation a while back ago took me a while to gather my thoughts exactly but it was the worst experience I’ve had the lady named Maria is just outright terrible and very rude from body language and communication didn’t even greet she seriously needs proper training the receptionist was very kind only good experience I had other then that I wish I could give zero stars

Maria Miller and her team at Martin law have worked on my immigration case for over 6 years. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Maria for just about the last 3 years. Although things didn’t end the way we entended (my husband and I choose to divorce), Maria was everything we could ask for in an immigration lawyer. You can tell this women pours her soul into her clients. She was very knowledgeable, quick, great at communicating, and most importantly she was genuine. Maria is the worst all she cared about is the money and not her clients, she took our money and didn’t help us with anything.

Kamyar and the team at Martin Law Firm were great, very knowledgeable and very responsive to our needs and questions as it relates to a USCIS citizenship case. It was not an easy case, and the interview was extremely difficult, more so than anything I have ever seen. Kamyar was at the interview and he kept the USCIS staff in check with his presence. We did not get an approval after the interview, but was mailed an approval a couple of weeks later. We would not have gotten thru the process if we did not hire Martin Law Firm to work with us.
