We’re here to support you every step of the way." I contacted them for a free consultation on a simple insurance matter and they declined without reason. False advertising. Stay clear of these attorneys.

Had to deal with them for HOA fees. Every time I called them for explanation the service was horrible. After making a full payment to settle my account, I was told they closed it, expecting no further charges. However, I was shocked to find that the firm continued to charge me additional fees even after my account was closed. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I strongly advise potential customers to avoid this firm or cautious when dealing with them. Their billing practices are questionable, and their customer service is horrible and very abusive on the phone.

This is not a law firm, it’s a licensed robbery. Please stay away from this law firm.

THEY LOST MY $3,000 Cashiers Check! DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM and expect them to responsibly collect a debt. This firm was hired to collect an erroneous debt from me of roughly $1k. I personally hand delivered a cashiers check for $3k (legal fees are excessive) , their accountant provided me with a receipt for proof they had received and then 3 weeks later they conceded that they lost my check and instead of assuming the loss they had me take an entire day off of work to deal with a banker to stop payment and re-issue the certified funds. When I attempted to discuss the matter with an employee he treated me like I was trash.

This law firm under the direction of Finn Jacobson cost our HOA thousands of dollars as the result of his poor direction and understanding of basic HOA laws in addition to his discriminatory actions toward those with special needs. His behavior was truly disgusting in any day and age. He has single handedly compromosed his entire firms integrity. Its a shame people like this exist. Move on in your search for a knowledgable and ethical lawyer. They are incapable and destructive.
