When my husband and I decided to get our affairs in order and develop an estate plan we found an amazing attorney, Timothy J. Scott (TJ). From the very first meeting and through the entire process TJ provided answers to our questions and explained the legal terms involved in a revocable living trust. TJ worked with my wife and I to establish our family trust. He worked through and explained the process with us, making sure we established a trust to suit our needs as they can vary based upon an array of factors. During the finalization process, he continues to answer clarifying questions to further avoid confusion. His flat fee arrangement was also a nice relief as we didn’t have concerns that fees/hours /timelines may be artificially inflated. He instilled a sense of calm throughout the whole process.
