I was fully transparent with Barry when my case was assigned to him by a firm in another state. He was lethargic in handling my issue and produced no information until the day I called him to get an update on my case after he has supposedly been working on it for 7 months. This was the same day, and the only day he said, he produced any information of substance. Three 3 pieces of information. Three deeds that, were he actually interested in helping me, he could have and should have produced in the first 30 days of receiving me as a client. I'm sure Barry was a good lawyer to some but he was not to me. It wasn't that nothing was there for Barry to find. I truly believe he did not value me enough as a client to see me or my circumstance with any kind of basic decency or respect. Hire the man if you want. You're rolling the dice on him dealing with you in legit fashion if you do.

Mr. Rosenzweig was my lawyer for a chapter 7 bankruptcy. I used his legal services years ago and was impressed, and once again, Barry came through as professional and helpful, and stayed with my case 100% of the way through. Very satisfied; and I would recommend his legal services.

Hello everyone, I found Barry to be a wonderful and synpathetic surprise from what I was expecting from a bankruptcy attorney..I was scared and embarrassed by my situation and assumed I would be treated like a failure and just generally a bad person by everyone who found out I needed to get help and protection from the constant harrassing phone calls I was receiving ..I found it difficult to even say the word bankruptcy, much less think about talking to an attorney about it.. When I first met Barry in his office, he greeted me with a firm handshake and a smile, and I knew immediately that my worst concerns were something I no longer had to be fearful of..What a relief! , , .I consider myself very fortunate to have experienced some very good times in my life, but when I found myself buried in an avalanche of misfortune and after being involved in two auto accidents, neither of which was my fault, I was unable to meet my financial obligations and began receiving threatening, harrassing phone calls from my creditors, the nightmare of all nightmares!! Barry handled my Bankruptcy and answered all of my questions. It was only 3 weeks from inital consultation to having my case filed, and one week of that was my delay in getting all the paperwork together. Very fast, Very responsive, and he put me at ease. Barry's prices were higher than other attorneys that I spoke with, but I feel I got great service, and I am very glad I went with him.

Barry was not the money madman attorney I was fearing. Ya know, you don't pay in a certain amount of time we can't help you. Or pay this crazy amount and we'll help you... Barry gave me plenty of time to pay for his services in my bankruptcy and the price was very fair.
