We had an amazing experience with TJ. We didn't know where to start with creating a will so we attended one of his online sessions. He educated us on what we needed to know regarding the process so we felt so comfortable going into our first meeting with productive questions. He was so knowledgeable and patient with us especially when it came to our young children, especially our special needs son, and our religious values regarding our final wishes. We feel we made the best possible decision to go with TJ and have recommended him to many of our fellow special needs parents.

I had been wanting to create a Family Wealth Plan for years, but kept putting it off due to the thought of how difficult it may be and the time it would take. I was referred to Timothy Scott and he explained everything simply and made me feel at ease to how the process would go. His plan was easy to follow and I was able to get all my documents in order quickly. When I had a question he either answered immediately or would get back to me very momentarily. I feel much better now knowing my family will be taken care of when that time comes, so I highly recommend Timothy Scott.

My case was handled over 4 years ago now. I have no excuse for waiting so long to give a great review. I suppose excellent work can go un noticed because everything goes as expected! It's when things are messed up we want our story heard. Craig deserves the most lavish appreciation I can give. He is an absolute professional and seems to have a full knowledge of his practice as well as other areas of law related to it. Not only can he navigate through bankruptcy and foreclosure like a master, he also had great advice and referrals for some of my past business tax problems. I was reminded of how glad I am that I picked him and his company for my bankruptcy just recently when I was attempting a home purchase after foreclosure. He was right there to help and provide awesome service once again for an issue that the closing company was concerned about. So! Now I finally come to write my review even though I have been a very satisfied customer for close to 5 years now!

Thanks Tim for designing our custom trust. We previously prepared online documents thinking our needs were satisfied. After our initial consultation a variety of holes were identified as well as potential negative tax implications. Tim was veryprofession and clear when setting expecations of us and himself from the start. His process and timelines delivered an estate plan that we are delighted with. Professional and personable. Timothy Scott was so helpful when it came to making decisions for guardianship of our children (the primary reason we hired an attorney to create a will). He explained terminologies and concepts in layman's terms well for us and makes typically complicated tasks very easy. The Family Wealth Legacy Interview was particularly special as it adds a light, personal touch to the package. Even well after our work together was complete, he took the time to check in on us at the beginning of the pandemic. We contacted TJ to set up a Trust. There are a lot of different ways to to set-up a plan to make sure your assets go to the people you want when that time comes. He explained all the different options and why it is best to do certain steps to assure the outcome you desire. I would say that my favorite part about working with TJ was his compassion when discussing certain outcomes for our estate planning and future for our children. He is also very timely when questions arise after our meetings. I feel like I made a friend in TJ from the time I met him, and I trust him to the utmost with my family affairs.
