Professional and personable. Timothy Scott was so helpful when it came to making decisions for guardianship of our children (the primary reason we hired an attorney to create a will). He explained terminologies and concepts in layman's terms well for us and makes typically complicated tasks very easy. The Family Wealth Legacy Interview was particularly special as it adds a light, personal touch to the package. Even well after our work together was complete, he took the time to check in on us at the beginning of the pandemic. We contacted TJ to set up a Trust. There are a lot of different ways to to set-up a plan to make sure your assets go to the people you want when that time comes. He explained all the different options and why it is best to do certain steps to assure the outcome you desire. I would say that my favorite part about working with TJ was his compassion when discussing certain outcomes for our estate planning and future for our children. He is also very timely when questions arise after our meetings. I feel like I made a friend in TJ from the time I met him, and I trust him to the utmost with my family affairs.

I was referred to Denise through my pain management Dr. I had suffered a fall at work, worse than I had known! At first, I just worked through it, but as time went on, it got worse and worse. It got to the point where my Dr wrote down Denise's number and said "you need to call her. " Denise is an absolute GODSEND! She took care of everything for me, as I was already in enough pain and stress as it was. We were able to settle out of court and she made sure to fight for what i needed to the end. I am finally able to get my life back and will be able to take care of the issues that WC denied. I didn't have to make long trips, or any waiting in an office. My case was won in 1 year which is another blessing because some places will drag it out for YEARS, and you lose your quality of life and stay in pain. I would have never thought to hire a lawyer, i didn't want to make waves or cause problems, but today i realize it wasn't my fault this injury happened. I cant thank Denise enough!! Not only is she professional, she kicks A$$ in the negotiations room. She was caring and patient with me, but she is also HONEST and forthright-- what lawyer does that??!! if you are in a situation that you've been injured at work but you are afraid of what may happen, just call Denise. it costs nothing to get, and weigh your options, to get understanding, sound advice. I would be in an extremely bad condition and in serious physical trouble in a couple of years, if I hadn't called Denise.
