If you’re looking for a criminal defense team, this is the place you want!! Our family was unfortunately in a situation with our son, and Halberg was recommended to us. I am SO thankful for the recommendation. Jeremy K. stood by us through the whole process. He was so supportive, encouraging, and truly there for us. He made a stressful situation manageable, so that we help our son continue with less anxiety, knowing Jeremy and the rest of the firm had our back. There were never any surprise fees. If anything, we got way more than what we paid for. I rarely write reviews, but I feel so strongly about Halberg and its staff, I wanted other people to know they are the place to go if you are ever in an unfortunate situation.

Beware of this law firm billing rate!!!! The free initial consultation was represented well with the most experienced attorney but after retainers is retained, you are working with Attoney with few years experience only. When ask for summary of billing charged, they charge 30min for each text message, email, and phone calls. Even charge for the Initial consultation for both attorneys time. I Requested for summary of phone call conversation and email note summary, they can’t provide it! For the little three Weeks of service, nothing was done on my case beside few phone calls, couple emails and text message cost over $5000! Do your research before hire someone! They claim to be the top attorney according to their firm but it only about money! They are NOT there to help you!
