He was very kind and helpful while we were dealing with a stressful situation with a very nasty landlord. Once he got involved, they decided to back off. I can’t thank him and his team enough. He was very responsive and very knowledgeable during this entire period. I am happy with the services he provided. I had Allen Peterson. My outcome ended up being what we both deemed (at first) would have been the best outcome and to sign the plea. However I recommend with a lawyer you have EVERYTHING he says written down, documented, or recorded. I ended up getting another charge shortly after this because Allen (in person) led me to believe I woyld not loose some rights, which i ended up loosing. But it was never written down or documented so he is able to say it's all my fault and drop me. I would also recommend FULLY reading and understanding retainer agreements and if any questions asking. I think Allen's could be a little more in depth after reading a couple more lawyers agreements. I will say Allen didn't seem to be a bad guy. He was fairly quick at getting charges dropped. However I do believe his keeping the client updated was a little lacking.
