I was treated with kindness and respect at the initial complementary consultation by the office staff and Ed. I felt confidence in choosing Ed after the consultation and appreciated his understanding of my complicated situation and being willing to work on solving it in the best possible way. This is a very difficult and stressful time for me and I have felt nothing but kindness, care and compassion from the entire staff.

Ed and his team are very responsive, professional, and I felt extremely comfortable every step of the way. I would recommend Ed to any of my friends and/or family members.

My experience with Mr. Shaw and every one in Mr. Shaw’s office has been extremely positive. Always very knowledgeable, accessible, and advocated for what was right. At no time in the last two years of having Mr. Shaw represent me in court was there a question or topic that Mr. Shaw, or someone in his office, didn’t have the answer to and wasn’t available to answer. I was extremely happy with this office. I went in for a consult hoping to get some direction about a financial situation with a company saying I owed money that I did not. I was really stressed because I did not have the proof that I thought I would need. I went in and after my consult felt like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. I went to Ed Shaw to get help changing the custody of my 3 year old daughter. Her mother had full custody and was going out a lot and moving our daughter around to strange peoples houses where I was held helpless watching this happen. Ed put in the time and really listened to my wants and needs and really put things into action. I am happy to say that I now get to spend 50/50 time with my daughter and could not be happier.
