My case(s) are still ongoing so I won't share details there, but I will say that when I need to reach Allen J. Peterson for any reason, I have been able to. He takes the time to explain things to me, usually multiple times because between work and my cases I am a bit stressed. And he does this without being irritated about it. There was also an issue that came up after hours and my Wife was able to get ahold of him and get things rolling in that situation... Sure there are bumps here and there but that is also life. Blake took a case that no other attorney was willing to take and got me an outcome that everyone thought was impossible. He believes in what he does and fights for what is right. When he took my case he stated from the beginning it was gonna be a battle and the likelihood of winning was very low but he would fight his hardest and he did.

An entity I own got dragged into a dispute between a buyer and seller on the sale of a commercial property. My entity was involved as a private lender. The situation was a complicated MESS. Both buyer and seller made their own contributions to the issues that eventually resulted in the lawsuit. My entity was named as a co-defendant. Blake Lubinus represented my entity. He was ABSOLUTELY the right man for the job! Every document he presented to the court was 100% spot on in representing the facts related to how my entity was involved in this transaction. Blake was able, through his command of real estate law, private lending law, contract law and his years of experience in these matters, to see clearly through the confusing details and the chaos of this lawsuit. It was all very, very messy but Blake was able to draft documents that presented the facts in an uncomplicated way that made them clear. Even though getting wrapped up in a lawsuit is never enjoyable, Blake and I communicated well with each other and were always on the same page and that was a huge comfort going through this otherwise unpleasant experience.
