Bad service from Mary Fenske.

Do not recommend this mediator. He was recommended from the Lawyer of my Wife that he was a reputable, professional, and affordable mediator. I felt the exact opposite. I never once raised my voice to the man. Where he screamed at me and swore at me twice to the point where my mom had to walk in from another room because she was worried about how the conversation was going and how I was being talked to by this man. When the man realized that he had been witnessed talking to me in such an unprofessional matter he completely changed his tune and started singing my praises and telling me that I was such a smart negotiator and a bunch of other stuff. Would not recommend this mediator it felt like he was in cohoots with my wife's attorney the entire time because he kept pushing me to settle for whatever my wife and her attorney were trying to get from me. It felt very unprofessional and the swearing and the screaming at me when I never raised my voice once to him was completely uncalled for.

I wish I could give zero stars. Mary Fenske completely robbed me and then tried saying I owed more money in the end. I went to treatment and their lawfirm used that as an opportunity to screw me over. She did not help me with a single thing and was rude and aggressive the entire time I worked with her. Their receptionist is also one of the most disrespectful people I've ever met. This lawfirm only cares about money, not the people coming to them for help.

I highly recommend working with Halverson legal. I worked with them on my case and they were very easy to work with, responded right away to my messages and kept me well informed at all times.

I highly recommend Mary Fenske. She has been a life saver for my family. My wife and I interviewed many lawyers at the beginning of litigation. When in the interview with Mary she looked over the paperwork and gave us a plan of action all in the free consult. Some of the other lawyers we interviewed wouldn't even look at our paperwork without a retainer. During our case she was very up front with the possibilities of what could happen and in the end we got the full custody we were looking for. I would defiantly hire her again and recommend her too my family and friends.

Mike does a fantastic job working with very complicated issues and we are very grateful that we came to him for help. He returned phone calls and emails promptly and was also very proactive in reaching out to us as well with new information. His compassion for what he does comes through very clearly and his sense of urgency was greatly appreciated.

Michael's office & staff are very knowledgeable and help us understand the next steps that are needed in the process.

I contacted Mike Halvorson as a referral from a person to whom I have great respect for in advise he's provided to me in the past. I was not disappointed from my first meeting to the last in which Mike delivered exactly what I was looking to achieve, but more surprisingly was how much he charged. The quality of the work was outstanding, and the legal fees were half what I was quoted from two other law firms. I would highly recommend Mike to my insurance clients enthusiastically.

My son was rear ended in August 2021. After a year of ongoing medical issues our insurance stopped paying any claims. I fought and fought with them and got no where. A friend suggested Halvorson Legal. Mike took our case and within weeks we had a settlement of the medical bills, but more importantly , Mike helped us reopen the claim so that his ongoing medical bills are covered. We couldn't appreciate Mike and the team at Halvorson Legal more.

Mary Fenske is the opposite of a professional, she should not belong to the Minnesota bar association. Dear go back to school.

Divorces are a really hard thing to go thru. I've had alot of support with Mary Fenske. Mary will respond back to emails and voice-mail very quickly even after working hours. That is a big factor since I have heard stories of other law firms where they don't return calls or respond back when most needed. Thank you Mary.

The attorney that I am dealing with Mary Cathleen Fenske is overly aggressive and very unprofessional. In dealings with past experiences other attorneys that have even commented that she is rude and unprofessional… Horrible services… moving hearing far away just to make money.
