I first met Mike Halvorson several years ago when I needed some legal advice. He talked me through different scenarios and how each one could impact my situation. I appreciated his help then, and now, when I was in need of some business advice, I again sought out Mike. He expertly put together the necessary legal documents, which provided me with peace of mind. I highly recommend Mike as he is very knowledgable, efficient, and personable.

I like how aggressive they are but they are also great at communicating what our options are and what certain outcomes could play out. Mary Fenske is outstanding! I started with a very sorted case that started in another state and she took over with the drive and knowledge needed. Very much listened with care about the situation with my son and doesnt back down to aggression, claims, and anger of others. She was responsive, organized, and helpful at every turn. She had great boundaries and doesnt waste time. Worth the money needed for this drawn out case.

Hours of business are not correct, the attorney that I am dealing with Mary Cathleen Fenske is overly aggressive and very unprofessional. In dealings with past experiences other attorneys that have even commented that she is rude and unprofessional. She does not present a good image for this law firm.
