Zach completed a second "Restatement" for my elderly mother's existing trust when she moved from the state of WA to MN. The updated trust proved to be well worth the time and effort in 2020 as the process of the trust administration went very smoothly once my mother passed away 2 short years later. Very positive experience. Zach does a great job in staying calm and patient, while explaining different approaches to establishing a Customer based estate. He is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, has very efficient associates, and creates a wonderful atmosphere. Zach is also the "perfect age", to assist our survivors after we have passed. We didn't seek other bids for our estate, but I would guess Gold Leaf is not the least expensive that could be found.
