I cannot recommend Joe Kelly’s expertise enough. Going though such an impactful life transition such as a bankruptcy, is a mountain to climb for sure. Where do you start? What’s going to happen? Nobody intends to be in this situation. Which in my case I found myself in burnout mode from trying save my small business in todays climate, filled with much stress, anxiety, worry and doubt. These were a constant daily experience I had become way too familiar with. Frantic. Thats a good word. I was in a frantic mode of operation. My nervous system shot. Attorney Joe provided ease, by explaining the journey we were going to take TOGETHER as we focused on the end goal. A fresh new start. He educated and explained every step with a clear simple plan of action. He showed compassion and empathy for my situation. He listened without judgement. That started to relieve some pressure knowing I had representation, and might I add, at a very affordable rate which brought me more peace of mind. I want to take a moment an acknowledge his character as a professional. You can immediately notice his passion for this line of work and the dedication to providing a solution to your problem. A fresh start. Thats the goal. A chance to move on with your life. Having gone through this experience and being able to share my story is a privilege that I hope serves others some good. Hi. I called several lawyers looking for someone that would be willing to work with myself and my ex as a mediator and also help file the proper papers. Jennifer was very understanding and went out of her way to try to help us resolve our issues out of court. It's what I wanted but my ex ended up hiring a lawyer and prefers we go back to court. This whole thing is very dramatic to try to work through but Jennifer did her best to help us come to a resolution. She definitely seems like one of the only lawyers that has a heart and doesn't judge people without getting to know them first. She's also a hard worker and I am very happy that I got to work with her.

This guy knows his stuff and appear to be loyal. He will tell you if you need to hire or do things yourself pending on situation. Great consultation and he encouraged me to do the credit card issues my wife is having on our own which makes me want to hire him when I really need a dependable attorney.
