David Shultz is by far the best attorney I have ever spoken with. His knowledge and confidence on how the entire process works was extremely reassuring when I was a little anxious about the criminal driving offense I got in carver county. We reached out last minute and he was super prompt and was able to make sure it was 100 percent resolved. he treated me both professionally and with respect like a real person, but also like a friend. I never thought I would ever need a criminal lawyer in my life. This stuff just freaks me out. But stuff happens.... It was my lucky day that I googled and found Dave. Dave was super helpful and professional. During our first meeting he spent around 2 hours educating us about the process, risks options and recommended us a plan that we all agreed to. I am a 74 year old man who had never been in trouble before. I was charged with a DWI. I blew a .13 (.08 is the legal limit).
