In June 2017.my wife tripped and fell at work. Her femur, tibia and fibula broke in 19 places with pieces 2 cm in size displacing as much as 3 cm. She was confined to bed through late July at which time she underwent a removal of the knee, insertion of a rod from the knee face to her ankle and stacked washer plates to reconstruct the missing parts. She had a second surgery in August to increase the range of motion. On the advice of the surgeon's office to seek counsel, we reviewed candidates and selected Dave. We contacted Dave's office and he met us the same day near our home to ease transportation for my wife. From that first meeting, he has taken care of everything including assigning a QRC, contact with the insurer and communicating with the medical providers. At all times, Dave explained the case status went over our action plan and insured benefits were paid or provided timely. We found his conduct exemplary and his professionalism without peer. They didn't help with a thing didn't even wanna let me speak to an attorney

I call and ask question, I can't get any answer from him or his staff. Need to look for another lawyer. He doesn't seem to be helping me at all. Had surgery he didnt tell me the time I took off should have been covered. I can't get a straight answer from him.

Awful run as fast as you can. They stood up more for the drunken defendant.
