Adam was great from the very beginning. He listened to me and made it clear that he heard me, understood both me and my case, and knew how to proceed. Adam kept me appraised of everything going on before it even happened, laying out the steps clearly, and taking the time to help me understand my options. Right out of the gate he told me I had a good case, and that while there are no guarantees, he felt I had a strong chance of winning in trial. However, when we discussed the options and what that would look like, he completely respected and supported my decision/preference to plea bargain if able in order to avoid the time and stress of going to trial. (Something I never have, and never want to do.) Adam advises me on what steps to take outside of court to help my case, and through a little negotiation on his part and a lot of taking his advice on my part he got the best possible outcome for me and my case! I couldn’t be happier, and the process could not have been easier. I totally recommend Adam for his skill, and his ability to communicate, listen, and explain the process.

Adam was great. I hired Adam on September 12, 2019. I will be recommending him to any of my peers who might need future legal counseling. He is professional, personable and very knowledgeable. He was caring and respectful by the way he listened to me and explained court proceedings in a way so that I could understand. I am not a lawyer, but I am versed in the law. I could have defended myself, but the outcome would most assuredly been different. Adam went into 'enemy territory' for me, armed with legal expertise and new scientific data. My legal outcome here: HAPPY doesn't quite say enough!

Adam is a great attorney, Adam was able to get me a significant reduced fines and probation, He communicated everything clearly to me, and made me feel very comfortable with my situation, I would use him again if I ever had to.

My family and I needed to file various forms with the court; which can be extremely confusing when it comes to the language of court documents. Adam was great in explaining the information that was provided in the various court forms and made it easier for my family to understand the difference and purpose of each form that was being filed with the court and why it was necessary to complete and file each one in order to obtain the outcome we needed.

Adam should be more than a public defender in my opinion. He has represented me in not one case but two. He makes every attempt to fully answer all questions that I have accompanied with explanations of why. I am a single Mother of an 11 month old son and it is very hard to keep any type of schedule since infants are unpredictable. I worked with Adam on the requirements that I needed to complete in order for him to do his part. I gave him all necessary paperwork and he did the rest. I spoke to Adam the morning of my court date and he mentioned that he got my case dismissed completely. He went out of his way to call the necessary people and does what he says he is going to do! I really like Adam and I would hire him in the future if I needed to.

Most people don’t realized how important it’s to hired your own private attorney in some cases. First, if I was going to be convicted in this cases I would lose my driver license and privileges for a very long period of time - face sometime in incarceration and lose my job and my house. But thanks to the smart lawyer Mr. Garber Adam, my cases has been dismissed and definitely closed as today I have ZERO CONVICTION

I hired Adam to represent me in a issue that I had. Adam was very prompt in taking care of things and was able to get the prosecutors to drop the misdemeanor charge if I plead guilty to failure to stop for a stop sign. His rates are fair and representation was great.

I don't even know where to begin because Adam has been absolutely incredible. Adam did a great job keeping me up to date on every aspect of my case. He even worked on the forth of july, which was great because I wouldn't of even known I had court the following day. All in all he did a great job.
