I appreciated the fact that Max was always available and/or would return my phone calls/emails quickly. He explained each step of the process in layman's terms. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, with a great sense of humor (and knew when to use it). Max went above and beyond to prep me and keep me calm during each stage of the case, including deposition, IME, etc. , and was able to negotiate a fair settlement right before trial. I would definitely recommend Max if you need representation in a workers' comp. case.
