Signed on with contract. They asked for dental records and exact bill to fix injury. Sent them the information they requested. Now they won’t even call me back. I am wondering if the employers attorney is a friend of theirs or if they just paid them more to ignore the signed contract?

Terrible attorney he did not have a plan in our case, so just showed up at court and did nothing. Talked about his pills he was on for mental health reasons instead of helping with our situation. Cut down people who were with us in his office. He should be disbarred. Does not help clients.all people having him should have cases retried.

Bill is a great attorney who also truly cares about his clients. He took my case knowing I couldn't afford much and worked with me on payments because he cared more about my family and protecting my kids than he did about the paycheck. I would recommend him to anyone.

I had worked with Mr. Balmer ... twice incredibly bad experience. Many years go by .. I found myself interviewing his daughter, Stephanie. She seemed caring and competent so I employed her. What a stupid decision! Just a complete disaster and so unimpressive Instead of a more senior attorney taking over, I was sent a very nasty letter from another attorney blowing me off . I should have sued (good luck suing an attorney). I met a guy that was saying how he got shafted by his attorney. I said "let me guess" .. Of all the attorneys... Stay away. Zero stars.Reply to reply ...
I am so glad that you enjoy my "energetic feedback" (oh really!? Process that one!) I be glad to share more that you could enjoy!! You are welcome to share with all, my inaccuracies. After you bailed minutes before the hearing and requested a private meeting with the hearing judge, you admitted to me your inexperience providing me names of people that could better handle my case. I cried out for further help .. I'd be glad to share the response letter from another attorney in your office.

I received a DUI around 3-4 yrs ago, the summer after I graduated high school. It was an especially controversial case and I made sure I chose a good lawyer. After talking to a few acquaintances, I went with Chris, and looking back I'm extremely happy with my choice. Chris was with my case for 3 1/2 years until it finally ended in April of 2014. In all that time, he kept me updated especially well on everything happening with my case. Chris is a smart guy, and a good one. He never took the easy way out, and always provided with a plethora of options on every decision. He understood that I was in school looking for a promising career without being held back by an iffy DUI charge. He worked extremely hard with my case to bring it to trial, and to be honest I really believe we had a great chance to win if I didn't take a last minute deal. He was excited about it, which Is awesome to see, I knew he really took a great passion with his work. I can truly say that Chris is an awesome lawyer who will give you a fighting chance and work his tail off for you. The other thing, he's got an awesome personality, it was always easy talking with him. No matter what the subject was. I didn't waste a dime choosing Stocke Law Office. I would recommend him to my closest of friends and family. And if you're thinking about choosing Chris, stop... and just do it! He's worth it, I promise you won't regret your decision.
