RUN, DON'T WALK!! I WISH I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS! The most unprofessional "professional" I have ever dealt with. Fired him and went with another attorney. He wouldn't refund even a portion of my retainer (I realize legally he didn't have to but morally he should have). He spent more time talking about his divorce and family situation than my case. The first time we were in court, he sat there telling me how because he owns his own business his young son can work for him and have an IRA. He said he is setting up his son to be a millionaire by the time he is 18. Shared this while I was worrying how I would get my share of assets to live month to month. The second time we went to court he showed up when the process was done. When going to court for the actual hearing I was massively stressed because I new we weren't ready. I was at the point of a panic attack that there was no way I could proceed with the hearing. What did he suggest...that I go out to breakfast with my soon to be ex-husband to see if we could "work something out". When I was in such a fragile emotional state I feel this was totally unethical. The attorney I ended up hiring was wonderful and ended up getting me over 3 times the amount he wanted me to accept. He added so much stress to the most stressful period of my life.

Never got back to me

Mr. Gerald Wallace was exactly the person I needed - at the right time and right place - as a professional and advocate. Professional and direct, with grace and consideration with respect to each client he serves on an personally individual basis, makes him one of the best attorneys I have ever worked with (which is saying a lot, as I work in a related arena and know many attorneys of a variety of representations). Gerry represents integrity, tells it how it is, is appropriately supportive yet provides objective advice as needed to expose both sides of the coin and talk through what is best for the client - again, on an individual basis (I can't stress that enough). Gerry goes above and beyond what an attorney typically does, at least in my experience. He cares. He is in this field for a reason and it shows in every aspect of his work. He maintains professional and ethical boundaries, integrity, and esteem, and yet is as human as you and I. This is something I admire and respect about Gerry to date, and will continue in the future (hence writing this review, which I do not do often). On a personal level, I needed an attorney who was going to support me, listen to me, advocate for me, and yet also give me ALL the information I needed to know to make the very best decisions in my case. That included finances, even those related to his fees (which are entirely appropriate and reasonable, especially for the quality representation you receive). I am so grateful I found Gerry when I did, and my goals were absolutely and undeniably accomplished in the most appreciable of ways possible. I would hire Gerry any day, for any situation, and will always keep his contact information handy. Thank you, Gerry, for going above and beyond the norm and providing me the legal and professional representation I needed right when I needed it. - Chris

Bill helped me out a great deal, I'd recommend him without reservation to anyone looking for professional, conscientious representation.

Signed on with contract. They asked for dental records and exact bill to fix injury. Sent them the information they requested. Now they won’t even call me back. I am wondering if the employers attorney is a friend of theirs or if they just paid them more to ignore the signed contract?
