Andrew did a great job helping explain all of the legal jargon that the general public wouldn't know. He is very respectful and personable. He was very flexible working with my schedule so we could have a meeting in person. I've never had to hire a lawyer but my experience with Andrew was one I will never forget, because I learned so much in such a quick time. I am glad Andrew was able to take my case to help me along and get through it. If I ever had to hire a lawyer in the future, Andrew would be my first call.

Andrew doesn't mess around, he is strait to the point and won't sugar coat any of your potential consequences. He puts all options on the table and talks you through to understand the best path to take. He knows the courts and the law extremely well. I made the right choice calling him.

I found myself In a situation with the Law. Wisconsin law, which is a bit unusual. I was facing multiple charges that could of done some serious damage without the right representation. From the first consultation, Andrew was informative and professional. He carried that professionalism throughout the entire case, not settling until the outcome was favorable and we had reached best case scenario option. I would highly recommended Mr. Poole for anyone who is in need of representation to face the Law head on.

Adam Sullivan got the job done for us however, it was in poor manner. Customer service was horrible as well as the accountability, timeliness, and follow through. A quote of $700-$1,000 turned into a nearly $3,000 bill. The job is done, however, I would not recommend this law firm. The client is definitely NOT of priority. They care about the minutes rather than the needs of the client. It is VERY hard to advocate for oneself without getting charged or retaliation from the lawyer.

I would highly recommend Andrew to anyone in need of a criminal defense attorney. He advised me in the right direction while keeping me calm through the entire process. He treats you with respect and without judgment. Without him I would have been sitting in prison for three years, but instead I got my charges reduced, two years probation, and a stay of imposition my felony becoming a misdemeanor with good behavior! Andrew does an awesome job and is very reasonably priced!! Thank you again for everything Andrew wouldn’t be here with out you.
