From the first phone call Brent put me at ease. He was always available to answer emails and phone calls. During this very difficult and emotional time, Brent worked very hard and I am able to start over without the stress of financial pressure. I hired Brent to represent me regarding a couple of legal matters that arose following a divorce. I hired Brent Olson through a referral through another attorney. My thoughts on Brent are that he is very thorough, keen, and structured in his law practice. During the duration I don’t think I ever waited more than an hr for a reply back from him, unless he was in trial for another case. He always had very valuable insight and sapient advice for me with whatever we were consulting about. The end result he fought and got me a better deal than I ever anticipated was possible. In August 2019 I was charged with my 3rd offense OWI. I was found sleeping in the car while it was running. I wasn't the driver of the vehicle but was the only person there when the police came and I was in the driver's seat. Everyone said it was an impossible case, but Brent took it confidently. After almost 2 yrs (due to covid) we had trial today and I was found not guilty. Brent is an amazing attorney and worth more than what he charges. He stayed in contact with me at every point and answered any questions I had, usually within an hour or less. We had a slight reasonable doubt case and he fought to make sure we won it. He is intelligent, thorough, and determined. If you want to win he's the best option!!!

I have so many great things to say about Brent! He was efficient, friendly, attentive, and honest. I felt like my concerns were taken seriously and i was never “left in the dark”. Brent and Michelle were a great team to work with. I did a lot of communicating about the process of divirce prior to committing to them. They were very easy to work with and timely. I was able to discuss how I wanted this and my desires during this awful time in my life and children. He was able to explain things to me so I understood. He helped me come to an agreement with my ex so we did not have to go to court but also made sure I was not pushed around by my or his lawyer. I have already recommended Brent to others. I also like that it is a one time fee unless we were to go to court. And I appreciate Brent and Michelle dealing with my million and one emails.
