The woman who answered the phone was short and abrasive. The person who answers the phone is typically representative of how an agency, an organization, or a business appears to others. This wasn’t a first good glimpse into their law firm. Edit: That would be correct. I didn’t state that I have worked with this law firm. I called for legal direction and advice. The fact remains that I was hung up on. Yes, it was this law firm that I called.

Extremely helpful attorney and staff!

Terribly unprofessional. Almost appears incompetent at times. Also overbills. His secretary will also bill for any time you call the office. Once she reached out to my sister to ask if she needed anything in regards to settling my Dad’s estate. My sister said she did not, and thanked her for calling. A week later she received an invoice in the mail for $100. Apparently if they are not busy enough or if the estate is large, they choose to just solicit customers, do nothing for them and then charge them. Be very wary - do not do business with them. There are many more high quality, honest Law Offices in Duluth.

The warm welcome is there as soon as you arrive. They make you feel comfortable and relaxed which helps a lot. Regardless of your business inquiries you'll leave with a knowledge of positive answers.

Great people to work with

If I could give a rating lower than 1 star I would. After two months of very limited, poorly written communication he sends a large bill claiming to have put nearly 10 hrs of work into DRAFTING very standard document regarding a prenup. This resulted in him going way over the budget we had agreed upon. He told my wife to ask her parents for money to pay for the additional cost after he had reviewed their will. Do not trust him and do not sign anything with him. He is working for his own best interests and does not respect his clients. We worked with another attorney who reviewed the documents and was embarrassed for how bad it was. This different attorney charged us less than a quarter the amount to redo the documents.
