I needed a lawyer to defend myself in a restitution hearing. After meeting initially with Kevin and hearing his defense plan, I immediately felt better that he had my best interest at heart and would be a great advocate for me. He kept me apprised as we waited for the actual court date and discussed again his plan for the hearing. We both felt confident after the hearing and my case was resolved in my favor and very satisfactorily. If there's one thing I learned from this is to hire him right away and do not try to handle court by yourself and agree to things you shouldn't, just to make it go away. I had never been in trouble with the law before. I knew this wasn't my fault. My mom had given me the referral due to reputation from a bail bonds men and I was able to see him the same day I called as well as have a clear understanding of what I was up against and how Kevin knew he would be willing to take my case. I was worried in the beginning. I thought he couldn't possibly have time for such a case and he reassured me if at any time I had questions or needed that confirmation to know he is working hard for me that I could call or email him any time. Not to ever hesitate to ask questions because he doesn't know if I don't ask. I was able to call his personal phone and get a response in a very prompt time frame. I wouldn't recommend anyone else for such an experience! He is absolutely well worth the time and expense.
