I strongly recommend Lyndsay of you are in need of a knowledgeable, professional, attorney. She was recommended to my by a friend and I too have recommended her to others. Lyndsay took the time to carefully listen and assess my situation. She was able to clearly explain my rights and realistic possible outcomes. The Howard Family Law staff was also friendly and professional when I contacted her office. Additionally, Lyndsay returned phone calls or email in a timely manner. In the event I need additional legal support, I will definitely not hesitate to contact Lyndsay!

Lyndsay Howard was a wonderful attorney for me. She took on my case that was high stress for me and was very clear about expectations. She made me understand the details of my situations and was an advocate for my son and me, and our rights. She also was realistic about likely outcomes. Lyndsay was quick to respond when I contacted her and always addressed my concerns. She had high ethics, in and out of court. She was highly organized and professional. I would strongly recommended her.

I hadn't used an attorney for my divorce, but now that I have worked with Lyndsay, I wish I had known her back then. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and made things easy to understand. She definitely knows her stuff and was very cognizant of my time and kept fees down by doing so. I would highly suggest that anyone considering a divorce see Lyndsay first!!

She did not waste my time or my money, had good practical advice, while having no tolerance or patience for nonsense. I tried another lawyer before choosing Lyndsay and I found myself in a mess with the custody of my son hanging in the balance. In what seemed like an inevitable loss I dropped all the information I had on her desk, hoping at the very least to be represented and at best save some semblance of whatever custody could be salvaged. Lyndsay was a game changer. She got out in front and was aggressive and tireless in her duties. Lyndsay gave me options as we went along, gave me counsel regarding similar types of situations and gave me payment options that worked for me. Her demeanor in court, with the opposing lawyer(s) (yes, they switched mid-case) and the Judge gave me confidence and assurance that my case was in good hands. I dug a deep hole before this case ever got to Lyndsay but now I’m enjoying my time with my son and my restored custody. I would recommend Lyndsay, I will go back to Lyndsay (although I hope I never have to) and I trust Lyndsay, you should too.

Lyndsay was an amazing lawyer, she helped me out tremendously when i was going thru my child support/custody case and fought for what i wanted and what was fair. She was always willing to answer any questions i had no matter what and was always brutally honest with me. She explained everything to me and told me what to expect when we went to court she made an extremley scary time seem not so scary. Without her i dont think i would have had as good of an outcome as i did. I have recommended her several times and will use her in the future if i ever need legal advice.

Lyndsay did a great job leading me through the divorce process, while helping maintain focus on that what was most important to me, my kids. She kept them centric to my dealings with my now ex. Lyndsay offered great advice, and helped me navigate through a painful process. She was fair in her billing, and allowed me to do as much of the work as I was willing/able to. She was also successful in helping me avoid court when possible, as well as be successful in court when I was left with no alternative. She helped to calm me down on more than one occasion, when emotions were over-taking logic. I am glad she was representing me during this part of my life!

I really hope that the "1 star" review would not dissuade you from looking into Lyndsay Howard Family Law. She will do right by you. I love the fact that when I walk into her office she will make me feel like she has no other case files and I am her only concern. Which is why I will pay her travel expense's to drive an hour for court. She is worth every penny. Plus a lunch afterwards. She is a great person and I feel Lyndsay is the best family practice from the Metro to Southern Mn. :O) Lyndsay Howard is an awesome attorney. She has the approach of a best friend and will defend you like there is no tomorrow. I have had Lyndsay as my lawyer for 6+ years. My case has been long since been on a cease fire, with the excellent communication she provides to the other party, BUT she is willing and able and to go to bat and fight for me, her smile is more of a warning to the other side of "see I have teeth, and not afraid to bite. Lyndsay has a nice guy approach she is smart and clever. She will make all attempts to resolve outside of the court room. But as a warning DO NOT under estimate her. She will go down fighting. She was originally a replacement for my lawyer when he could not make it. I was shocked to find this seemingly nice lady go at war in the court room for my case. Right then and there my original lawyer was fired and she was hired on the spot. I would recommend Lyndsay for any issue you have esp for family law. She is excellent in her field of expertise.
