I had a horrific car accident that resulted in serious injuries, I had a fractured sternum and severe damage to my leg. In addition, I am dealing with PTSD Tom and his firm were wonderful! They helped me deal with my insurance company to make sure that the medical and therapy costs were covered by my insurance; I didn't have to do anything. Then they helped me sue the other driver's insurance company to get some compensation for my suffering; we received the maximum settlement. I highly recommend this firm!

When my accident happened, I did not have a clue how things would go. I just assumed that the other drivers insurance company would pay me what they owed, because it was their insured's fault. Nope. I can't tell you what its like to feel helpless against a billion dollar company. When i contacted Tom, he made me feel like I was not gonna be bullied by this huge company. Tom and his staff just took control. From the hospital wanting money I simply didn't have to the Insurance company giving me the run around, Tom and his staff immediately put me on equal footing as these big companies. I went from worrying about how I was gonna get a new vehicle and pay the emergency room bill, to just going about my life like nothing had happened.
