Tom and his staff are absolutely incredible at what they do! Having seen first-hand their work for many years, I can say that if you need an attorney to go to battle for you, he is as good as they get. Ethical, honest, hard-working, kind, thorough...the list goes on and on.

My experience with Bennerotte & Associates was great and I highly recommend them!
The entire team was always on point and very attentive to my needs and any questions I had. I worked with Jeff Murray and he did an excellent job of making sure all my issues were resolved and that I ended up benefiting from the entire process.

Tom and Christine were with me every step of the way getting me a fair settlement in a my case where a car hit me while on my bike. I'm glad I chose them. And glad they're on my side for unfortunately another case where another car hit me. Drivers, please keep your eyes open for cyclists!

There are not enough great words to describe Tom and his team. They took care of everything and managed it to the detail. Customer Service is beyond amazing. Not only did they do a wonderful job handling the legal aspect of my situation (hit by a drunk driver) they also handled my emotional meltdowns through a long and frustrating 3 year process. I would call Tom again in a heartbeat! They really made a terrible situation turn out the best possible way it could!!!

Tom was very caring and professional throughout the process and when I was dealing with a very tough situation. I felt like I was in good hands and that he did everything he could.
