Our case went on for a few years and each time that I would check in with them and ask for a status they were kind and always got back to me within the same or two. I was rear-ended by a woman going about 45 mph and it severely injured my neck. I was afraid to call a lawyer......well, because it's a lawyer. From the start Tom was not your "typical" lawyer- He showed extreme empathy towards my situation, recognized the severity of it and, in Layman's Terms, explained all the pro's and con's in moving forward with a lawsuit. By him taking the time to talk the process out with me and my husband we were able to make an educated decision on how we should move forward. In that short of time I knew that his firm was going to do everything they could to make things right. So far, throughout this process They have always been attentive and responsive to any concerns or questions I have had. It can be a scary and confusing time but I know I am in good hands.
