If you have a child settlement and are a great parent but the law stops you from get your child's money do not I repeat do not use these people. I am so grateful I was able to work with Bennerotte & Associates after my car accident. I was referred to Tom Bennerotte and his team by a family friend after I was in a nasty car accident that put me in the hospital for several days and a neck brace for ~3 months, and I am so grateful for them and everything they did for me. On top of my injuries, there was a complicated and stressful insurance situation with bills starting to pile up, and it all happened while I was right in the middle of paramedic school. I got in contact with Tom and his team and they took it from there. Tom and Sue S walked me through the whole process- they explained every step to me in a way that made sense, helped me navigate all the complicated legal stuff and fought for me when it counted to make sure I was taken care of. Knowing I had someone in my corner who knew what they were doing and how to get me through it took the weight off my shoulders and allowed me to focus on getting healed up and finishing school. Tom and his team exceeded my expectations and I can’t recommend them enough for anyone going through a similar situation.
