I was injured in an accident on October 16th 2021.
I was referred to the firm by a friend.
They were very meticulous in gathering detail as well as stating my case.
They fought very hard against the insurance company, and I received a very fair settlement for my injuries.
I would recommend them to anybody else if you ever need great representation.

Tom and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and genuinely care about you and doing the right thing. I was rear ended in September '19, was in the process of receiving medical treatment and then was forced to stop once COVID hit. I started treatment again once the physical Therapy office opened again but my insurance company forced me to get an independent medical exam and then started denying my claims. It forced me to seek legal representation and I am so thankful I found Tom's practice. I highly recommend them!
