Yes Ron did a wonderful job with me he sat down and he explained everything even when I was supposed to meet with the judge and my phone wouldn't work he came all the way to my house so I can use his phone to talk to the judge what person do you know that would do all that thank you so much for all your help

Whatever your reason for researching bankruptcy attorneys, if you are reading this review right now, you are likely feeling desperate, overwhelmed, and out of options. I walked (more accurately, crawled) in your shoes just over five years ago. I was a fiscal wreck and felt as though there was no way out of my stinking pile of debt. Between a medical crisis, a divorce, and generally being unable to say "No" regardless of my empty billfold, I dug a hole that I could not climb out of despite debt consolidation loans, snowballs, and avalanches. I kept going backwards and hit rock bottom in 2016. I ran a quick search for local bankruptcy attorneys and found Attorney Ronald Lundquist. He had a great advertisement so I called and left a message over a weekend. He responded that same day. He was kind and communicated well with no judgment. I scheduled a consultation and dragged myself to Mr. Lundquist's office hauling a big, emotional bag of shame and debts with me. He patiently walked through my multitude of debts and reviewed my income while I poured out my various excuses for why my finances looked so dismal. He asked gentle but tough questions that helped me realize exactly how I got in that position in the first place. I liked his approach and hired him to proceed through the bankruptcy process. Throughout the proceedings, he had a number of "Come to Jesus" talks with me about spending more than I make (income < spending = disaster). The advice he gave me was hard to hear and even harder to intentionally incorporate into my life but the entire humbling experience wound up being life changing. Fast forward five years, I now save and spend much differently than at the start of the process. I credit that shift to the fact that Mr. Lundquist took the time to advise me and not just tell me what I wanted to hear. My wife and I had a series of financial shortcomings that frankly were out of our control. Being stubborn, we tried to handle these shortcomings by working harder and harder, trying to pay down debts that just frankly were out of control. Admittingly, our pride got in the way, thus we tried to rely on credit and debt consolidation tactics to try to get things under control. Fast forward to today, we received a full discharge of our Chapter 13 case after 4 years!
